1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Horizon Hunter website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Horizon Hunter provides motorcycle rental, guided expedition tours, gear rental, and related adventure services in El Nido, Palawan, Philippines. All services are subject to availability and may be modified at our discretion.

3. Rental Requirements

To rent a motorcycle from Horizon Hunter, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Hold a valid motorcycle driving license appropriate for the bike category
• Present a valid government-issued ID
• Complete and sign the digital waiver form
• Wear the provided safety gear (helmet, jacket, gloves for big bikes)

4. Booking & Payment

Bookings can be made through our website or via WhatsApp. Prices displayed on the website are online rates and may differ from walk-in rates. Duration-based pricing applies: longer rentals receive lower daily rates as shown in our pricing tiers.

We accept payments via GCash, Maya, bank transfer, and other methods as available. Full payment or deposit may be required to confirm your booking depending on the rental period and bike category.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48+ hours before the rental start time receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24–48 hours receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable. Expedition bookings have specific cancellation terms provided at the time of booking.

6. Rider Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Operating the motorcycle safely and in compliance with Philippine traffic laws
• Returning the motorcycle in the same condition as received
• Any damage, loss, or theft that occurs during your rental period
• Fuel costs (unless included in an expedition package)
• Traffic fines or violations incurred during the rental period

7. Limitation of Liability

Horizon Hunter provides safety gear and route guidance but cannot guarantee against all risks inherent in motorcycle riding. Riders participate at their own risk. Our liability is limited to the value of the rental or expedition booking. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Horizon Hunter website, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by Horizon Hunter and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Palawan, Philippines.
